The Cloudy Bay estate lies Marlborough’s prized Wairau Valley, where long sunshine hours and cool nights combine to make perfect conditions for punchy, aromatic and expressive Sauvignon.
This is the 40th vintage of Cloudy Bay and it is clearly still on top form. James Suckling awards the wine 92 points and writes that it is: “consistently delicious with sliced-apple, gooseberry, and lime character.”
Wonderfully refreshing, it’s great solo or with seafood or spicy Thai dishes.
