Prosecco comes in two styles – full sparkling Spumante or Frizzante, which has a gentler fizz and the type we have here. The grape is the same whatever – Prosecco, known locally as Glera. Made with a very experienced hand, this is a delightful fizz. Chill down a bottle and enjoy on its own or with light dishes. It's difficult to resist its creamy flavours and bright zesty green apple notes.
