The Story Behind the Bottle
Dujac Fils & Père Morey-Saint-Denis displays the refined charm one expects from the Seysses family under the famed Dujac umbrella. It’s made with the same meticulous attention to detail as the estate wines – with gentle handling in the cellar, restrained use of oak and a focus on purity of fruit. The nose unfurls with red-fruit finesse: wild strawberries, Morello cherries, a flash of orange zest, and soft floral spice. The palate is medium-bodied and silky textured, offering a core of plush fruit cushioned by fine, chalk-infused tannins. Already approachable now but will develop further over the next decade.
