A sea of purple represents the growers, vineyard workers and winemakers, all celebrating the grape they call their own – Garnacha. Norrel Robertson MW (known locally as El Escocés Volante or ‘the Flying Scotsman’) is the winemaker for this wine and a huge fan of Garnacha.
