Flavour Profile
South Ridge Blanc de Noirs is a classic English fizz from Ridgeview Estate. Mike Roberts launched the project in 1994 with one clear aim – to craft world-class sparkling wine on the South Downs.
Since then, the family has racked up over 198 medals and 26 trophies, including ‘Best International Sparkling Wine’ three times. Their bottles have graced royal tables – from the Queen Mother’s 100th birthday and the Golden Jubilee to royal weddings, state visits and, most recently, King Charles’ first state banquet.
This elegant Blanc de Noirs blends Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, pressed off the skins early so the juice stays white. With its secondary fermentation in bottle and long ageing on lees – just like Champagne – it delivers superb richness and length.
Just chill, pop and pour with canapés for a truly special occasion.
