Bon Courage is one of Robertson’s most highly acclaimed wineries, and it's not hard to see why. They’ve been crafting our bestselling, citrusy-crisp Gooseberry Bush for years now. And just last year they decided it was time to bring out a new, lip-smacking pink edition. Using South Africa’s star black grape, Pinotage, they’ve made a juicy, raspberry-fresh rosé. Pinotage is a clever crossing of Pinot Noir and Cinsault, which produces lots of luscious ripe fruit flavour. Using grapes from selected vineyards in the renowned Robertson region, this blush pink was cool fermented on its skins to ensure delicate colour and oodles of raspberry fruit. It’s a delicious, characterful drop, a dream to sip solo or to enjoy with salads or veggie kebabs.
