The Wine
Meet France’s trendy white Picpoul grape, described by critic Olly Smith as “brilliant value and zinging with lemony freshness”. It thrives on the Mediterranean coast in the very south of France. This mineral, lemon-fresh white comes from Dutch-born Floris Lemstra's beautiful, 19th-century Château Canet. He runs it with his wife Victoria and both are firm believers in working with nature to make the very best wine from the finest grapes.
