Enjoy a rich, creamy, oak-aged white from a top grower-domaine in Corbières. It’s a tiny two-hectare plot, meticulously tended to by Roger Dupont at his family domaine. A glorious, rich white with ripe peach freshness, not unlike a white Châteauneuf.

The Wine
Domaine le Bac lies deep in southern France – on the western slopes of the Montagne d'Alaric in Corbières. It’s a small 2-hectare plot of precious old vines tended by Roger Dupont. He’s lived there all his life. The fourth generation to look after this vineyard, he knows every row, every vine and how they react in all weathers, like they were his offspring. Our buyer and scout, Mark, lives close by and by chance tasted his wine. He was bowled over and went immediately hot foot to discover the property. That was a few years back and now we buy Roger’s wine every year. In 2024, the whole vintage was wiped out in a hailstorm just days before harvest. Devastating. Snap up his luscious 2023 – perfect with roast chicken or creamy fennel risotto.
"SImply my favourite wine. Rich, characterful, and delicious"
