Averys and Taylor’s have worked together for many years, and it’s only thanks to this longstanding friendship that we can bring you this 10-year-old Tawny. Aged in oak casks rather than bottle, there’s a remarkable fusion of nutty, woody undertones that complement the rich and mellow fruit. Deliciously smooth, it unfolds layers of complex flavours: luscious, ripe dark fruits, Christmas cake richness and spice, all balanced by a moreish savouriness on the finish. This Tawny is incredibly versatile – perfect with nuts, blue cheese or as a chilled dessert wine with almond torte. No need to decant – simply pour, sip and enjoy.
