France’s most famous spirit, Cognac has been appreciated by epicurean connoisseurs for centuries. Their VS is a beautifully balanced blend of 40 eaux-de-vies, selected from the Hennessy collection to provide a fine balance of floral notes, ripe apple, with accents of wood, nuttiness and vanilla spice. The team put the spirit in well seasoned barrels (used previously for brandy) in order to preserve the subtleties of these characters.
