Winemaker Mark Hoddy carefully selects the finest parcels from grower Bruno Bouché’s cool, high-altitude Limoux vineyards in the Languedoc. Here, the slow, even ripening develops intense citrus, quince, and ripe pear flavours, beautifully balanced by crisp minerality and a luxuriously long finish. Cool fermented with regular lees stirring, this white wine offers a delicious creamy richness. Named after a vibrant local carnival where people parade wearing masks through the streets, Le Masque is perfect to enjoy on its own, or when paired with Asian cuisine, fresh seafood and chicken dishes.
