Gavi is the top white of northern Italy’s prestigious Piedmont region. It’s only permitted grape is Cortese which, grown in the best vineyards, produces truly elegant whites with a core of citrus and minerality and delicate pear, blossom and white peach fruit. Ricella Alta is from the third-generation Occhetti family, who work hard and passionately to make the most of nature’s assets in the beautiful Gavi region.
