The Cabalié story starts 2,000 years ago. With a rich, dark, hearty red wine made to fortify the Roman garrisons stationed in southern France. Then winemaking legend Hervé Sabardeil came along and revived the style for our customers. It was an instant hit, winning Gold medals most vintages and fast becoming our No.1 red. Now Cabalié is blazing a new trail. Today, you can be first to try an innovative new bottle made almost entirely from paper, meaning a huge reduction in carbon footprint.
